The XS-D Safety Utility Knive is designed to prevent cuts and lacerations
. Regular utility knives can cause injury while cutting, or while handling
loose blades. The XS-D addresses both of these hazards.
The XS-D's patented design allows for only one cut per pull of the trigger. If
you continue to squeeze the trigger after you've made your cut, the blade
guard locks over the blade and stays locked until the trigger is released and
squeezed again.
Loose blades cause injuries, contaminate product and can lead to medical
claims. The blade of the XS-D is permanently imbedded in the handle of the
knife. You never need to change blades. When the blade dulls,
dispose of the entire XS-D knife. There is never any need to touch or change
the blade.
The XS-D's innovative handle design inclues a box tape splitter
so you can put less wear on your blade, and easily open boxes without damaging
product.
Competing safety knives are expensive and not as safe as the XS-D. In our tests, competing knives break easily, and do not protect you from lacerations as well as the XS-D safety knife.
