Money Checker, INDUSTRIAL
It's never been easier to authenticate U.S. currency.
The MoneyChecker authenticates the 1996 and later US Currency Series in which several new security features have been added. The MoneyChecker identifies two covert security features: the denomination specific color-coded Security Thread with Micro-printing and the Watermark. It also verifies the older bills (pre-1996) by identifying lack of paper fluorescence.
How it works
The operator simply slides the bill into the MoneyChecker and compares the security features in the bill to the built-in template. The bottom UV (ultra-violet) lamp is specifically designed to inspect and illuminate the color-coded Security Thread and the LED light illuminates the Watermark security features. No training is required. The $100, $50, $20, $10 and $5 bills contain these features.
